JESSUP BAHINTING, CHAIRMAN & CEO

"Jess" is responsible for providing overall leadership to the company. Since its inception, he has successfully increased the company's client base, which includes: local commercial business, banks, key government officials, sky jumping aficionados and tourists. He also expanded the reach of the company's flight training operations, which now includes students from more than 20 countries.

Jess holds a commercial pilot's license and is a certified flight instructor. He loves to fly for fun and has logged more than 6,000 flight hours.  

JEMAR BAHINTING, PRESIDENT & COO

Jemar has overall responsibility for managing the company's day-to-day operations. Her focus areas also include finance and accounting, human resources and financing.

Previously, Jemar was a valued employee at Texas-based Electronic Data Systems (an HP company), a leading global technology services company with $21 billion in revenues. In her most recent role, she supported the chief financial officer in communicating the company's strategic, operational, and financial performance for a wide variety of constituents. 

Jemar has an MBA from the University of Texas; a Mass Communications degree from Ambassador University; and a graduate finance certificate from Southern Methodist University.

KENNETH MADRID, EVP, SALES & MARKETING

"Ken" has overall responsibility for the company's sales & marketing efforts, including formulating and executing the company's strategic direction. 

Previously, Ken was a long-time employee of Electronic Data Systems
(an HP company). He was responsible for coordinating training and communications for its $12 billion Infrastructure Services business. He assembled diverse teams from multiple countries to execute training plans and personally coordinated training in countries like Belgium, Brazil, Mexico, United Kingdom, United Arab Emerates and the United States.

Prior to Infrastructure Services, Ken was a senior analyst for EDS' Competitive and Market Intelligence team. He was responsible for tracking, analyzing and predicting major competitors' financial results and strategic moves.

Ken has a graduate finance certificate from Southern Methodist University and a Mass Communications degree from Ambassador University. 

MARIA LUCIA NAPATA, VP & CFO

"Malou" is responsible for managing the company's finances. Her primary focus areas include accounting, payroll, purchasing, tax, audit, treasury, controllership, and risk management.

Before joining Aviatour, Malou served as accounting manager for Islands Souvenirs. She was responsible for setting up its accounting system and performed financial analysis to streamline the operational functions of the company.

Previously, Malou served as an accountant and operation manager for Linea Italia Group, a high-end fashion retailer that sells products from manufacturers like Versace and MaxMara. 

Malou is a certified public accountant and has an accounting degree from University of Cebu. She also completed the Basic Management Programat the Asian Institute of Management. 

He is a certified A&P mechanic and holds a commercial pilot's license. He also attended the Aviation Technician Training Program with Teledyne Continental Motors in Alabama.
